
Job Summary: Exciting full and part-time opportunities to obtain leadership and human services experience while making a difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities include assisting in the assessment, development and implementation of Individual Service Plans, ensuring that individuals receive appropriate medical care by coordinating doctor and other health related appointments, assisting individuals in managing their funds, and completing monthly documentation. Qualifications: High School Degree and 1-2 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Valid driver’s license required.
