The Lean Manufacturing Manager will take a leadership role in complex Lean Initiatives and projects focused on reducing cycle time, elimination of waste, and minimization of defects. This role will lead and/or support various projects and become the in-house expert for training throughout the organization. We are looking for candidates with previous operations management experience in manufacturing organizations.
To be considered for this role candidates must meet the following criteria:
1) Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
2) 5+ years of leadership experience within a complex manufacturing environment
3) Minimum of 3 years experience leading Lean improvement teams
4) Demonstrated experience driving large LEAN initiatives with documented results
5) Must be a certified LEAN Master / LEAN Sensei
6) Six Sigma certification preferred
