Full time - Monday thru Friday with weekend rotation/on-call

Reporting to the Hospice Program Manager, provides professional nursing care as assigned. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Services are provided to hospice patients residing in the Rockingham County; must be willing to travel.

Requirements: Graduate of accredited RN program. 1 - 3 years hospice experience. IV and chemotherapy experience helpful. RN License - N.H. state or other compact state. Drivers license - valid. BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire.
