We are currently seeking a full-time Program Manager for our Methadone Program. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position will have overall responsibility for the delivery of methadone dosing and counseling services. Responsibilities include the efficient management of all aspects of the Opiate Addiction Treatment Program; maintaining current knowledge of methadone treatment; hiring, training and supervising staff required to operate the program; budgeting, revenue collection, and expense monitoring; and acting as liaison with other CAB services to assure linkage to continuum of care. Additional responsibilities include meeting attendance and reporting to management and staff; the identification and pursuit of new sources of revenue and program direction as available; and representing CAB within the community.
The Program Manager, Methadone assures that the program is in full compliance with regulations and stipulations established by all state and federal regulatory bodies and relevant funding and licensing boards, and that client records and other documentation meet licensing and accreditation standards. The Program Manager, Methadone has on-call responsibility.
Qualifications: Master’s degree (M.A.) or Ph.D., or 4-10 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the delivery of methadone treatment services preferred. Must have prior supervisory experience.
