Ideal candidate will supervise both the OB/GYN clinical and administrative staffs to achieve practice goals at two locations. Will be responsible for developing and implementing operational initiatives within our collaborative practice. Must have proven ability to problem solve and effectively handle complex matters relating to patient scheduling, staffing and supervision, training, budgeting and clinical process improvement. Must possess the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree, along with 4+ years experience in a clinical ambulator practice setting, OB/GYN preferred. Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
