Progressive social service agency seeks a Health Services Program Manager who is committed to helping seniors live independent in the community and wants to help us promote cost-effective, community-based alternatives to nursing home care. 

The Health Services Program Manager is a member of our Management Team who leads and supports the Health Department and works collaboratively with case management and other staff to ensure that consumers have the support they need to live in a community setting.   Responsibilities including staff supervision and training and program implementation. 

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Nursing School/Program or a BSN.Valid MA RN license, leadership and management experience and experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities. Experience working in community setting preferred.Transportation required.
