Business Analyst – Healthcare Software Solutions

The continued success and rapid growth of our company has created another need for a Business Analyst to join our Implementation Services team.  You will to be responsible for owning the requirements gathering, analysis, and potential redesign of our client’s business needs into comprehensive detailed specifications for use in the implementation and delivery of our Care Management software solutions.  You will have the opportunity to interact with external client subject matter experts and stakeholders at various levels.  Additionally, you will be responsible for driving the dissemination and facilitating clarification of these customer requirements to internal multidisciplinary groups such as Engineering, Product Management, Clinical, and Quality Assurance from the development phase through testing and delivery of the product.

Skills/Qualifications/Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst within the healthcare industry is critical

• Consultative client experience capturing requirements for building or enhancing healthcare software solutions
• Experience partnering with a Project Manager to drive project milestones and adherence to project management methodologies

• Experience with business process analysis and mapping techniques
• Proficiency with Visio or other workflow documentation tool
• Experience designing and executing test plans for QA and UAT

• Involvement with the software development life cycle (SDLC is critical)
• Strong client focus and collaborative work style
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills acumen
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelors degree

• Nurse Practitioner, RN or Care Management experience is a strong plus
• Travel required, variable up to 50% depending on client engagements
