Description The Oncology-Immunotherapy program at EMD Serono, is seeking a new leader for its Molecular Immunology Program with a focus on molecular/cellular immunology for its translational research program in cancer immunotherapy. This position will place emphasis on the development of novel strategies for cancer therapeutics. The applicant should have expertise in immune and tumor cell interactions and understand mechanisms of immune cell activation at both cellular, molecular and signaling levels. The incumbent will implement strategies to enhance immunotherapeutic modalities as well as the vaccine-mediated approaches for cancer therapy. The incumbent will have the opportunity to supervise research associates, group leaders and support staff, and will interact with other scientists and peers in the program.
