JN Phillips Auto Glass, the leader in auto glass replacement, is currently seeking an applicant for our busy Acton location.  This full-time customer service representative (CSR) position is one that requires exceptional customer service skills as well as PC and data entry proficiency.   Duties include scheduling auto glass repairs and replacements, interaction with customers, insurance carriers and agencies, processing insurance billing, maintaining store inventory and more. A professional, confident phone manner with attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast paced setting are required. Pre-employment background checks and drug testing are also required.
