PURPOSE/SUMMARY (Brief overview of why job exists, general purpose for position)
Document Control team member supporting the coordination and processing of Documentation Changes
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support all release and change activity for new and existing products, plus all other controlled documents.
· Support and interface with the Document Control team and other departments.
· Coordinate with other groups within site (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.) to ensure accurate, complete and efficient change order processing.
· Communicate with others within Document Control and other groups for coordination of Engineering Change Orders (across sites as required).
· Review ECO’s and other documentation for accuracy .
· Coordinate ECO’s and supporting documentation within department, striving for expiditious flow.
· Communicate with supervisor on any and all issues/problems that may have impact to site and department goals.
· Ensuring document attachment/links are present and accurate within PLM system.
· Update procedure/specifation type word documents as required.
· Maintain the master documentation files.
· Provide work direction/guidance as needed to the Maple Grove Document Control department.
· All Other Essential Duties as directed.

§ Bachelors Degree
§ 3-5 years experience in a Document Control related function
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Familiar with the Engineering Release and Change Control process.
· FDA and ISO experience
· General office skills, Strong user of MS office: Word, Excel, Access; data entry, scanning documents, filing
· Experience with MRP/ERP/PLM Systems
· Team Player, interfacing well with others
· Detail oriented and attention to quality
· Work independently and part of a team
