The Human Resources Department is conducting a search for an Administrative Assistant to work in our unique fast paced retail automotive environment. You’ll be working with a team with an impressive track record. Individual needs to multi task, be detail oriented, self starter requiring minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
Ability to compose memos, correspondence, draft agreements, and other professional documents. Varies level of detail to accommodate the differing needs of management.
Expert at using database, spreadsheets, and word-processing software to prepare various versions of complex statistical and written summary reports relating to human resources activities, loss prevention, and insurance claim activity.
Coordinates and participates in meetings and orientation sessions.
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office to include Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, ADP payroll and data base systems.
Has superior organizational skills, keeps file system organized and maintains a comprehensive library of daily, weekly, monthly activities.
Associates Degree with 2-3 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
