Leominster Credit Union, a progressive financial institution with over $500 million in assets located in Central Massachusetts, has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, highly skilled professional to manage our Sterling Branch.
Reporting directly to the AVP – Regional Branch Manager, this individual will organize and direct the daily activities of our Sterling Branch. This includes meeting sales goals and providing excellent member service while managing the branch’s deposit portfolio, loan production and budget goals. The Branch Manager coaches and motivates the branch staff to recognize and fulfill sales and servicing opportunities, personal goals and credit union objectives. Additionally, the Branch Manager will represent LCU through community activities while actively developing new business.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in coursework, training or experience. Candidates must have five years of experience in retail banking, business development and consumer lending with at least three years of supervisory responsibility. An individual with excellent organizational, analytical and decision making skills is needed.
