Energy Federation, Inc., a national leader in promoting energy efficient and renewable energy products, is looking for a Paradox Developer.  This individual will be joining a team of Paradox developers, data specialists and network engineers.  The candidate will initially take over basic tasks from senior-level Paradox developers, such as data normalization, task automation, basic script-writing, menu and drop-down list modification, data import, report modification, process documentation, and other tasks to be assigned.

The organization is also in the initial planning stages for a migration to a web-facing and scalable database and network infrastructure.  Advancement opportunities will depend on the candidate’s skills and abilities.

Requirements include:

• Strong team player with an upbeat and pleasant demeanor
• Ability to reprioritize work flows and succeed in an evolving environment
• Excellent inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills
• Prior professional experience with relational databases such as Paradox, dBase & Access
• Willingness to support EFI’s mission statement
• Background check requirement

Skills that are a “Plus” but not required:

• Thorough understanding of basic functions of Paradox for DOS 4.5
• Knowledge of ETL functions with respect to Sage MAS200 and ProClarity
• Knowledge of IIS and/or LINUX-based web services
