MANUFACTURING LEAD POSTION

Garlock Printing & Converting Corp., a leader in flexographic printing has excellent employment opportunity for highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Lead to assist the Department Supervisor in overseeing the daily operations of our busy and fast paced converting departments.  The right candidate must have hands on machine operator and leadership experience in addition to ambition and the right skills for a possible larger role in the future.

Duties include:  Assisting the department supervisor in assigning personnel responsibilities, monitoring department production, responding to and troubleshooting operational mechanical problems, assist in employee training, assist in enforcing all company policies and manage department in the dept. supervisor’s absence. 

Requirements: Minimum 3+ years lead operator experience. Effective oral and written communication skills, basic computer skills, excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills.
