The Bridge of Central MA is currently hiring a Supported Housing Counselor to work out of one of our Southbridge Mental Health Programs.  This program works with individuals in Soutbhridge and surrounding towns. 

This program provides outreach, support, and rehabilitative services to individuals that currently receive mental health services.  These staff additions will markedly enhance the flexibility of services within this contract. 

 BA/BS in a Social Service related field strongly preferred, or commensurate experience, plus or one to two years of experience working with individuals living with severe and persistent mentally health challenges.  Must be MAP Certified (or become certified) and comfortable on a computer. 

Valid driver's license and reliable automobile required.  Must be willing to use personal vehicle for client transport.
