Other Job Responsibilities are:
- Answering patient phone calls and scheduling appointments for 10 providers,
- Responding to patients by documenting incoming telephone calls, e-mails and web-based inquires; researching and answering inquires,
- Improves quality results by completing performance and continuous improvement reviews; recommending process changes,
- Oversees the call reporting and watches for patterns of abandoned calls, long hold times and brings abnormalities to the attention of the Business Manager,
- Oversees the productivity and accuracy of the other schedulers and
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
