Very highly visible career opportunity is available for a Facilities Manager at a rapidly growing medical device contract manufacturer with two locations in Franklin and Dartmouth, Massachusetts. We are seeking a highly organized, motivated and well-rounded Maintenance Professional to supervise the maintenance operations at both of our manufacturing facilities. We are looking for a facilities leader with a "hands-on" type of approach who is able to manage a maintenance team with the goal of maintaining company equipment, fixtures and facilities and also ensure that proper safety practices are in place. This position is integral to providing a world class working environment for our employees, visitors and customers.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (preferably with building operations in a manufacturing environment) is required. Must have strong working knowledge of HVAC, fire and other life safety systems and regulations, waste water, hazardous materials, carpentry, painting, general building maintenance and repair, plumbing, electrical and roofing systems, machining equipment and practices, pneumatics, hydraulics, and blueprint and wiring schematics reading. Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs., climb ladders and work from elevated platforms up to 35 feet.
Knowledge of safety codes, OSHA, DEP and other applicable Federal, Massachusetts and local regulations is a must as well as a demonstrated knowledge of managing capital and restoration projects. Must be familiar with electronic work order and preventative maintenance systems and be able to prioritize in a high volume environment under tight deadlines, controlled budgets, and time constraints. Should have experience managing budgets and achieving competitive pricing with suppliers and vendors. A valid Massachusetts driver’s license is also required.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate others and strong interpersonal skills with an ability to listen and work well with others is a must. A sense of urgency, customer service focus, accountability as well as strong managerial and administrative skills for problem-solving and meeting deadlines is required. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays to service a 24 hour/7 day per week operation as needed.
