Job Function:
Coordination and design management of Trade Marketing and Merchandising Materials – Point of Purchase Displays and Signage which will be used in retail stores, web sites and tradeshows. Must be able to work within cross functional teams and assure that the design and messages are within the brand guidelines and meet Marketing objectives and ship on-time and on-budget. These duties represent 50% of the position.
Global Licensing Coordinator would act as the single point of contact at Kaz for our licensors for product and artwork approvals administration and maintaining product databases, handle all Direct Response Television (DRTV) invoicing and related activities, and maintain global product, claims & trademark databases. These duties represent 50% of the position.
Requirements:
· 3 to 5 years of prior project management or coordinator experience in a Creative or Marketing role preferably for a Consumer Product company
· Experience creating and maintaining databases
· Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as external resources
· Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and a creative eye for detail and composition
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Travel may be required
· College degree or related experience

· Work with Creative Services and Third Party Suppliers to Design and Produce merchandising materials per Marketing & Retailer specification
