We are looking for a professional who possess an entrepreneur spirit with sales or sales management experience, and a proven track record of recruiting success. A background in the insurance industry is preferred.

 

The Territory Recruiter will:

·          Support a single Territory within the Nationwide sales organization

·          Build sales teams throughout the Territory through recruitment of sales representatives, managers and assistant managers

·          Possess a familiarity with various recruiting sources and methods

·          Must have attention to detail
