providers. Compounding of sterile/non-sterile medications not commercially available. Monitoring patient profiles for drug/food interaction, allergy, dose, frequency and appropriateness. Providing a secure drug distribution system.
Required Qualifications:
Current Registration as Pharmacist in MA
Preferred Qualifications:
Hospital pharmacy experience of 3 years
IV compounding experience
Meditech experience
