
Job Description: As a key member of the Supply Chain team this position is responsible for processes associated with the organization’s end-to-end value chain. The Supply Chain Analyst work closely with internal partners to ensure an accurate view of availability for our customers and the optimal delivery of our supply to meet demand. This role is an advocate for the software in place to manage the supply chain and provides support for the business users. The Supply Chain Analyst also provides a continual feedback loop to the Information Technology team on how applications may be enhanced to better align with business process. Job Responsibilities: · Analyze and communicate performance as relates to key performance indictors within the value chain. · Maintain and manage product organization taxonomies, key MRP parameters and configurations, part master data integrity, etc. as relate to supply chain models and business expectations. · Prepare, interpret and distribute analysis of supply chain and operational results to internal partners and provide recommendations for improvement. · Provide support and learning opportunities for peers to deliver improved supply chain results and support reconciliation of supply chain system errors and inconsistencies. · Develop reporting and support ad-hoc analysis requests, including continuous improvement in the information environment. Requirements: · Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. · BS degree in Business Management or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in Production/Material Planning, Supply Chain Analysis or a closely related field. · Advanced Skills in Excel, Access, Performance Point and/or other Business Intelligence tools. · Experience with a leading ERP system such as PeopleSoft (preferred), SAP or Oracle ERP. · APICS certification and prior experience in high technology manufacturing are pluses.
