Well established Property & Casualty Agency seeking full time Personal Lines Account Manager immediately. Level of experience required is 3 years. Candidate must have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. An ideal candidate would be energetic, possess a positive attitude, adaptable to a changing working environment, and the ability to interact professionally with clients and coworkers. Microsoft Office and Internet skills are required while knowledge of Agency Management Software and Rating Software are a plus.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
--Service all Aspects of Customer Accounts (Policy Changes, Binder Preparation, Billing
Questions, Coverage Inquiries, etc)
--Support Producer through New Business Acquisition Process
--Maintain Existing Book of Business through Renewal Review Process
--Grow Existing Book of Business by Rounding Accounts
--Handle Correspondence with Insurers, Insureds, & Co-Workers in a Timely Manner
--Backfill for Co-Workers during Absences and Peak Work Hours
--Attend Departmental and Agency Meetings as Required
--Assist or Complete any Tasks Directed by Management
