PAYROLL / SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
Non-Profit seeks detailed oriented candidate. Responsibilities include: Scheduling and coordinating shifts for 18 locations and ensuring labor is allocated to proper departments. Process accompanying bi-weekly payroll and preparations of various payroll related spreadsheets. Assist comptroller with conversion to automated time and attendance system. Assist with various other accounting dept. needs and special projects.
Requirements: BA/BS in Accounting or Related Field, 1-2 Years payroll experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills a must.
Must be detail oriented and be able to function in an atypical accounting environment.
