Responsibilities:

Ø       Hire, train, supervise and motivate a team of Retail Sales Consultants.

Ø       Order inventory, conduct inventory audits and manage inventory shrinkage.

Ø       Insure that the store opens & closes and is properly staffed at all times.

Ø       Generate and increase the sale of wireless products & services.

Ø       Insure that every customer has an exceptional customer experience every time.

Ø       Ask for referrals 100% of the time.

Ø       Process payments for wireless service.

Ø       Merchandize and maintain retail showroom floor.

Ø       Working various hours in a retail setting, including weekends and holidays.

Ø       Provide customers with basic training on operation of phone and accessories.

Ø       Test, program, troubleshoot and repair wireless handsets to component level where applicable.

Ø       Ensure all sales and service work is properly documented and entered in accordance with applicable processes.

Ø       Maintain store cleanliness on a daily basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ø       1-2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.

Ø       Strong understanding & commitment to the importance of great customer service.

Ø       Dynamic leadership and communication skills.

Ø       Superior time management, organizational & communication skills.

Ø       Proven ability to recruit and develop a strong sales staff.

Ø       Valid driver’s license required.
