As a Manager of Career Services, you will help to connect our graduates with employers, helping them to reach their goals and conclude their career journey with us. You will join the career services team at the Everest Institute at our Chelsea, MA campus.
Career services is a central part of our value proposition to students. In fact, if you're not from the education field you may be intrigued to know that our accreditation requires that we place a certain percentage of our students.
To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have solid relevant experience, for example in career services or human resources, and a background in outside business development and/or business management. We're looking for a professional with leadership skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to bring an innovative approach to connecting qualified candidates with desirable employers.
