Product Specialist  Opportunity

DiLab, Inc. is seeking a Product Specialist to support our AccuSampler Automated Blood Sampling instrumentation.  This position will be based in our metropolitan Boston office.

Responsibilities include:

Working with the sales group to arrange and perform product demonstrations and evaluations for customers.

The development and implementation of training programs for customers on the use and maintenance of our products.

Performing customer installation, training, and preventative maintenance.

Interface with European based R&D to generate product enhancements and to provide input into new product development.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a BA/BS/MS in Biology, Pharmacology or related Life Science area.

2-4 years of experience in a support, sales, or lab environment performing experiments similar to our customers.

Be fluent in MS Office applications including, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Have good oral and written communication skills.
