Responsibilities of SEO Specialist / Copywriter:
• Conduct Research on Hotels, the Hospitality Industry, and Internet Marketing Trends • Write compelling, knowledgeable articles, press releases and blog posts that will capture the audience’s attention • Research and incorporate keywords in articles to ensure they are search engine friendly • Write copy for landing pages, advertisements, emails, and websites • Maintain and update social media sites including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Create and update pay-per-click keyword campaigns in Google AdWords and provide budget and spend summaries for each campaign • Create link building campaigns and find new linking opportunities • Conduct Keyword Research and Optimize website on-page components including copy, meta tags, page title/descriptions, internal linking • Generate and analyze Google analytics reports
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • Experience with SEO copywriting • 2 years Experience at an SEO company implementing Internet Marketing tactics such as PPC, link-building, Google Analytics, and Social Media • Knowledge of WordPress • Ability to organize and perform multiple tasks under established deadlines • A strong understanding of Internet Marketing terminology and trends
