Business Process Analyst
Cell Signaling Technology is seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual for the position of Business Process Analyst. This individual will be responsible for tracing and analyzing development processes data and follow success rate, etc. using the PLM system as source of information.
Business Process Analyst Job includes:
• Serve as Development’s business process analyst responsible for documenting its business requirements and working with IT to implement process/systems solutions that satisfy those requirements.
• Work closely with Development’s systems stakeholders to understand and prioritize their requirements. Champion those requirements.
• Define, document and implement the strategy, processes and procedures for managing product data throughout its lifecycle.
• Serve as a central resource for creating and maintaining product data during product development. Ensure the integrity of all product data in the PLM system.
• Serve as the product data management “super user” in Development.
• Create reports from PLM system and perform data analysis.
• Document process and procedures and provide training, as required.
• Lead and/or participate in PLM process/systems improvement projects.
• Represent the Development organization on the PLM system Working team.
• This person will also centralize the creation of projects and load antigens for licensing projects in the PLM system.
Business Process Analyst requirements:
• Minimum 5-years related experience
• Excellent understanding of product development processes and enterprise business systems.
• Biology background strongly preferred
