Our client, a 401k Administration Firm, located in Metro West Boston, is seeking a hands-on Pension (401k) Administrator with a minimum of three years' experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily Plan administration
- All complaince testing
- Form 5500 preparation
- Plan accounting including reconciliation
- Client Management / Communications
Job Qualifications
- Experience in all aspects of plan administration
- Excellent ERISA knowledge
- Client Mgmt / Communication Skills
- Plan Accounting Experience / Exposure - Reconciliations, etc
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Small Plan / TPA experience is a plus
