Position Summary: This position is an entry-level (temporary role with an opportunity for permanent employment after 90 days) opportunity for a professional with a desire for process improvement, process documentation and high level customer relationships. It is the ideal training ground for those looking to develop a career in order fulfillment, planning, sales, marketing, project management, finance and other areas. This position will provide occasional opportunities for domestic and international travel. Company issued laptop and Blackberry will be provided. The strongest candidates will have leadership, relationship building and business acumen.

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead customer initiatives.
- Improve and document processes in the order fulfillment area.
- Manage the end to end order fulfillment processes to ensure on-time delivery and minimize order fulfillment cycle times.
- Act as primary contact for customers by:
- Managing customer delivery requirements and expedites.
- Building rapport through day to day communications and customer visits.
- Voicing customer concerns and conveying customer feedback to appropriate business areas.
- Acting as an advocate for customer, while understanding the Sensata business.
- Work with marketing forecasts and customer orders to help establish schedules for on time delivery.
- Report on and present on-time delivery and premium freight metrics to management.
- Analyze customer demand versus forecast.
- Provide input to customer inventory models.
- Partner with sales and marketing to meet and exceed customer service expectations. Serve as liaison with Sensata manufacturing, engineering, and shipping employees to ensure on time delivery.
- Train new hires.

- Willingness to travel as needed to customers to present to and work with their teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business or engineering required
