As a result of our continued success, Norwin is growing and looking for a focused and results oriented Regional Business Development Managers across North America. As a Norwin**s BDM, you will use your proven sales and/or technical background to closely manage and identify consulting services needs throughout the local and national marketplace; target and develop clients through existing and new relationships. Using a consultative approach, you will meet with clients to evaluate their technical needs, recommend and provide consulting solutions. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: contacting supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs; providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met; and strategizing with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals. Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals. Qualifications:
Norwin seeks individuals with at least 5-7 years related industry experience with demonstrate excellent sales/new business development and negotiation skills. Excellent communication/presentation skills, professionalism and flexibility are also key requirements for this position.
Developing and implementing an effective sales plan to meet/exceed established sales objectives;
Performing appropriate prospecting and screening activities to identify qualified prospects;
Using a consultative sales strategy to effectively overcome prospect objections;
Establishing and maintaining good public relations by networking within the community;
Collaborating with internal resources to develop effective sales presentations;
Maintaining all sales activity and outcomes within Norwin's CRM tool
