Description- Support the Client Manager and Sales Director in writing new employee benefit packages and retention of current clients
Responsibilities include:
Prepare written employee communications as needed for the Consultants
Assist the Consultants as needed with account implementations
Assist the Consultants as needed with Summary Plan Descriptions and Contract reviews
Assist Consultants with preparing, sending out and following up on RFP’s as
needed
Assist Consultants with renewal and marketing presentation preparation as
needed
Perform employee enrollment meetings and attend benefit fairs as needed
Assist the Consultants as needed with customer service issue resolution
Qualifications:
Ability to easily establish and nurture relationships
Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and high
volume of activities
Ability to prioritize workload and effectively manage time
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to independently solve problems
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent typing and computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
