Company
HealthDrive is the largest U.S. provider of multi-specialty health and dental care services to residents of geriatric care facilities. Founded in 1989, HealthDrive’s innovative operating model and integrated suite of services offers significant convenience and efficiency to over 900 extended care facilities and their residents across 9 states. The company currently provides dentistry, optometry, podiatry and audiology services as well as related medical products to patients in geriatric facilities. The company fabricates and distributes eyeglasses and hearing aids through its in-house labs and prescribes and dispenses dentures, diabetic shoes and custom orthotics through the use of outside labs. HealthDrive’s advanced technologies, proprietary systems and senior care expertise provides a unique platform that is well positioned for substantial growth.
HealthDrive’s success and growth opportunities in a large fragmented industry resulted in its recent sale to a private equity firm. The company is on an aggressive growth path as it looks to double in size in the next four years. This has created an opportunity for an experienced controller to assist in and be rewarded for that growth.
