Hebrew SeniorLife also offers services to the community, including Adult Day Health programs and outpatient clinics in audiology, exercise, memory disorders, osteoporosis screening, and rehabilitation. NewBridge on the Charles in Dedham, MA is seeking candidates with a retail food service and catering background to fill a role as our Retail/Catering Manager. The Community Center at NewBridge has the look and feel of a Premium Private Club, containing several food outlets, services and amenities. This position manages operations of NOSH, a Kosher deli, and TREATS dessert/coffee shop as well as conference and banquet catering. NOSH and TREATS are in the heart of the Community Center called NewBridge Common, which is an integral part of life at NewBridge on the Charles. Reporting to the Dining Director, the incumbent will possess a blend of experience in multiple outlet supervision and catering with a hands-on mindset.This professional position requires superior customer service skills and quality standards. POS and computer proficiency with MS Office are required; experience in a high-volume chain and/or restaurant or hotel restaurant preferred.
