Essential Responsibilities of the Job

• Greet clients, schedule appointments & receive vehicle information
• Create accurate repair orders
• Estimate repair costs and time involved
• Handle client complaints while maintaining high CSI
• Checking the progress of vehicle repairs; getting customer approval to perform additional work per the service technicians diagnosis
• Build a strong, cohesive relationship with the entire service department, particularly service technicians

Requirements

Must possess solid experience as a Service Advisor with proven high CSI. Luxury brand experience required; BMW/MINI brand preferred. Must posses stellar communication and customer service skills.

Must also be a high-energy personality with a positive attitude!
