Director, Financial Reporting, HCP Reporting

Job Description:
The Director ofManagement Processes and Controls will provide strong leadership and a global vision on HCP compliance.He or she will promote high quality controls, efficient processes and timely and accurate HCP reporting to internal and external customers. This position will be a key interface for the global controllership team on HCP policies and process.In addition, the Senior Manager and his or her team will serve as internal consultants, providing analysis and trending of HCP data to serve as a service to all global business units.

Roles and responsibilities include:


Lead the day-to-day operations of the global Management Processes and Controls team.Set direction and objectives for the organization.
Recruit, develop and retain a strong team of financial professionals.Ensure strong succession planning so that internal candidates are being developed to fill key positions across the Finance organization as a whole.
Partner with the global Compliance team to understand any changes in government or regulatory reporting requirements and enhance BSC’s policies to meet or exceed those requirements.
Working in partnership with the Controllership team, create a vision of HCP Compliance and champion the adoption of best practices within the organization.
Develop, document and implement a set of standard operating procedures for all major HCP compliance processes. Perform process monitoring and self-audits to verify control effectiveness.

·The qualified candidate will have at least10years of finance experience including a combination of audit, accounting and/or finance management experience at a well regarded, multi-national, company that is subject to US public company regulations.In addition, have strong educational credentials, including an undergraduate degree in accounting. An MBA is a definite plus.A CPA with earlier experience in public accounting is preferred.

We are looking for someone who has demonstrated strong leadership skills, been fully engaged, a self-starting, decisive and able to work comfortably with ambiguity, minimal direction and within highly matrixed environment.The qualified candidate will have demonstrated ability/experience in an environment of change and continuous improvement and excellent project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities across the geographically dispersed team.
