SUMMARY:

The Senior Financial Analyst - Billing & Revenue will be responsible for coordination and execution of the monthly and daily billing for three business units. Additionally, this person will be responsible for reviewing revenue transactions and insuring proper accounting treatment.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Transition the billing function from Customer Service to Finance.
  • Coordinate and execute the billing monthly and daily billing processes for the three businesses; Home, Critical Care and InCenter.
  • Develop and execute a process improvement program to streamline the billing process improving timelines and accuracy.
  • Establish performance metrics for the billing transactions.
  • Manage customer credit request reviews and issuance.
  • Responsible for deferred revenue and sales rebates accounting and analysis.
  • Support external audits as required and participate actively in implementing and maintaining compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
  • Provide adhoc analytics for Corporate Controller and the CFO as required.

 

 

 REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Undergraduate degree with 5-8 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • CPA/MBA preferred.
  • Strong process management and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of revenue and recognition requirements.
  • Superior systems skills; expert knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
  • Strong analysis skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Detail oriented and well organized. Able to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and comfortable with change.
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement and career successes.
