This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and Service and will direct the daily activities of our Fitchburg, MA Branch. Duties include: development of new business; meeting sales goals; managing the branch’s deposit portfolio; loan production and budget goals; providing superior member service and representing GFA in the communities which we serve. Additionally, this position is also responsible for coaching and motivating branch staff to reach recognition and fulfillment of sales, servicing, personal and organizational goals and objectives.
Candidates for this position should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related experience. This position requires 5 to 7 years of retail branch experience, with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, with an emphasis in sales, business development, proven successful supervisory, administrative and analytical skills. The successful candidate will possess excellent member service and communication skills. Working knowledge of applicable regulatory rules and regulations is required. .
