Jacqueline’s Gourmet Cookies creates a complete line of frozen gourmet cookies and scones for restaurants, coffee shop chains, food service distributors, and in-store supermarket bakeries throughout the United States.

Jacqueline’s is seeking an experienced Sales/Marketing/Administrator Coordinator:   This position will be responsible to the sales department and the president for all their sales, marketing and administrative requirements.    We are looking for someone with impeccable organizational, verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task on a daily basis, and the drive to accomplish long-term, detailed projects.

 Major responsibilities

·         Update and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales related spreadsheets

·         Create and maintain general correspondence and proposals with potential and current customers

·         Prepare and manage customer presentations, trade shows, and sales meetings

·         Help with phone support and coordinate travel plans for sales department and president

·         Participate in inter-departmental projects as needed

·         Coordinate marketing needs of company including website, promotional material, and periodic email blasts and mailings to customers

·         Create and maintain a professional, consistent, brand identity

·         Work with controller to maintain price list

·         Create and standardize systems to support requirements of sales department and president

·         Manage administrative side of the manufacturer’s representative relationships

·         Perform back-up support for office functions

 

Experience/Qualifications: 

·          2 years of work experience in a similar role

·         Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision

·         Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn new systems

·         Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

·          Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills

·         Ability to initiate programs and be pro-active

·         A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
