Brahmin, a classic, designer handbag company, is growing!  We are currently seeking a qualified individual to supervise and ensure the efficient operation of our company's retail locations, staff, inventory and operating systems.  Our ideal candidate will be well versed in all aspects of retail management, planning and development.  This position is located in the beautiful south-coast town of Fairhaven, MA, therefore are requesting all interested applicants live within a 50-mile radius.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years retail experience (management or supervisory)
  
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
  
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong technical knowledge of retail operations, sales, staffing, purchasing, inventory maintenance and operating systems
  
• Control retail expenditures, inventory turn, merchandising and staff development across a growing retail division
  
• Develop and implement functional policies and procedures for employee standards, division-wide
  
• Ensure the efficient utilization of retail resources, marketing plans, promotional schedules and inventory distribution
  
• On-call availability and the willingness to travel to our various retail locations periodically
  
• Must live within a 50-mile radius of Fairhaven, MA
