Store Manager – Methuen, MA

At Walmart stores, we work 24-hours-a-day to make sure our customers have everything they need. In this key role, you will drive sales; analyze, evaluate and forecast financial performance; ensure associate and customer needs and ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures and regulations. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited too, ensuring risk control standards are met, reviewing and projecting sales trends, utilizing sales forecast to determine scheduling, and reviewing and modifying system-generated schedule as appropriate.

Excellent communication, organizational and mathematical skills are a must, as is knowledge of company policies and procedures pertaining to your area. Some travel is also required.

Qualified candidates must have at least two years’ retail management experience and two years’ experience supervising management associates.
