Service/ Field Technician Manager

Excellent Coffee Co., Inc. is a well established, privately owned Rhode Island based company with over 50 years experience providing premier coffee and brewing equipment to wholesalers, retailers and private label distributors. We’re located in Pawtucket, RI. just minutes for Rt. 95.

We are currently seeking a Service/ Field Tech. Manager for our Service Department.

Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate staff with service calls

·        Interface with Customer Service, Sales and owner to ensure completion of installations, repairs and pick up of equipment.

·        Maintain inventory of parts

·        Oversee the repairs to brewing equipment and make local field calls if necessary

·        Keep Service department clean and orderly.

·        Maintain logs related to service and inform management of any potential problems or crucial development that may occur.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years practical experience in electrical and/or plumbing repair field.
• Strong leadership skills in managing department employees
• Have organizational & communication skills & be able to handle multiple projects with little supervision
• Knowledge of repairs for brewing or beverage equipment a plus.
• High School or Technical degree preferred
• Must have valid driving license and a clean driving record.
