Members Plus Credit Union is a nonprofit organization owned by over 10,000 members and serving the community for over sixty-five years.  Our mission is to provide quality, innovative, competitive, and secure financial products and services to our expanding membership.  We offer financial products such as checking, savings and money market accounts, certificates of deposit, IRAs, and mortgage loans and consumer loan products.

Members Plus Credit Union is seeking a Vice President of Retail Operations to oversee the credit unions branch offices, deposit services department and all automated systems utilized by the credit union to deliver and support products and services.

In general, the incumbent will ensure that all branch offices consistently apply and adhere to all applicable policies and procedures. The incumbent will also direct and ensure that the deposit services department and deposit relationships are managed and serviced at the highest level. Will supervise the managers of the credit union's branch offices and work closely with the management team to establish and execute business development programs.

Incumbent will manage all information processing activities, act as liaison and coordinator with third party software vendors, manage voice and data communication systems, and assist all departments of the credit union with data processing, as required. Will assist in the evaluation of automated systems and make recommendations for additions, improvements and changes.

Incumbent will also be responsible for developing, testing and maintaining the disaster recovery and business continuity plan.

Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge:

*Bachelors of Science in a business related field, Masters Degree preferred
*10 or more years experience in credit union/bank management
*Excellent leadership skills
*Excellent communication and problem solving skills
*Thorough knowledge of branch operational activities and thorough understanding of all credit union financial products.
