Litle & Co.’s Product Manager is responsible for defining the areas of product investment based on market needs analysis, delivering product capabilities to address market demand, owning the customer experience, and creating product marketing material to assist the Sales & Business Development process.
Responsibilities:
· Owning the product roadmap and strategy; driving the product through conception, planning, release development and launch.
· Engaging customers and internal experts to define market needs and translating market needs into well-defined requirements that drive the development process.
· Organizing cross-functional task forces to ensure timely communication and support for delivering major projects on schedule and on budget.
· Working closely with Sales and Business Development to support pre-sales activity; providing technical input on RFI/RFP; participating in industry tradeshows and events.
· Timely resolution of issues that affect customers, sales & support.
· Engaging the executive team as needed to help drive decisions.
· Supporting the Marketing team in building sales collateral.
· Delivering training to keep the sales and support team updated on market changes and product innovation.
· Helping to articulate the value of Litle & Co.’s payment management solutions.
· Driving engagements with key vendors and partners to help expand the scope and differentiation of Litle & Co.’s payment management solutions.
Qualifications:
· Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Computer Science; MBA a plus.
· 3+ years experience of technical product, project, and delivery management.
· Payment Processing or Banking industry/financial services knowledge preferred.
· Direct Marketing industry knowledge preferred.
· Experience with Agile Development methodologies considered a plus.
· Proficiency in developing use cases, wire frames, state diagrams, functional and non-functional requirements.
· Experience working with development and test teams to ensure requirements are feasible and testable.
· Proven ability to facilitate negotiation of completing requirements among stakeholders.
· Outstanding communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills.
· Experience in software development, scripting, relational database and SQL considered a plus.
