Referral Coordinator
Facility: Beverly Hospital
Department: Access Pre-Registration
Full time 8am to 4:30pm, weekends and holidays as needed
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Customer Service skills are required
Experience is preferred
Reviews and processes referrals through PCHInet/NOAH system. Daily interaction with PHO Medical Director and Health Plans. Responds to phone calls from Health Plans, physician offices and members. Assists Provider Relations Coordinator with office staff trainings and educational programs. Addresses PHO eligibility discrepancies with Health Plans.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School diploma, further education and/or training desirable. Two plus years experience preferred with physician office referrals, preferably with PCHInet/NOAH experience. Must be able to type minimum of 55wpm, computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
