The Area: High Throughput Product Development
One of the many reasons Enzymatics consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Protein engineering. With eyes focused squarely on the future, our team works closely with creative and prolific engineers to help design and develop technologies that drive next generation sequencing and molecular diagnostics. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the development cycle, focusing specifically on E.coli cell culture, purification, quality control, process flow and communicating our solutions to all the markets where Enzymatics does business.
The Role: Production Technician in high throughput product development
As a Production Technician, you will be given access to unparalleled resources within Enzymatics to grow and develop both personally and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:
Small scale E.coli cell culture screening and optimization
Protein purification using column chromatography
Quality controls
Maintaining records
Organize inventory stocks
Process improvement
Presenting data to other scientists
Requirements:
B.S. in Life Science
1 to 3 years experience. Experience with E.coli cell culture preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills
