Part-Time Education Lecturer
Tufts University Department of Education seeks a qualified candidate to teach Curriculum Development for Museum - School Collaborations during Spring 2010. Masters degree preferred and experience in college-level teaching required. The course will engage Museum Studies students in exploring the theories, planning, and implementation of museum curricula that support education programs for K-12 students. The candidate will have museum teaching experience, and be knowledgeable about learning theory, curriculum development, working with teachers, and state curriculum frameworks pertinent to museums of all types. The course meets on Wednesday nights, 6:00-9:00 pm.
