Requirements

Customer Retention Specialist

• Constantly thinking of new ideas, strategizing on new initiatives


• Displaying creative approach to problem solving and project development


• Assisting in the development of the retention creative strategies on all web, print, and marketing communication campaigns for all divisions to include Retail, Direct and Web


• Working collaboratively with designers, copywriters and other internal specialists to drive and execute new ideas from conception to completion


• Act as a creative strategy subject matter expert and/or coordinate appropriate parties


• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget – responsible for estimations, negotiation and tracking


• Strong project management experience in a creative environment


• Able to write copy and/or identify good copy


• Able to recognize quality creative concepts


• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
