Overview:

The Internet Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for Advanced Financial Services, online marketing efforts and web analytics to support business goals consistent with other communication efforts. 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

§         Manage the development & execution of internet lead generation and third party lead purchases.

§         Coordinate ongoing development to AFS’s site, ensuring compliance to the site and optimal search and lead generation results.

§         Monitor performance of site programs and third party lead performance using tracking, reporting and analytical tools.

§         Develop standards and processes that promote long-term company growth and efficiency as required.

§         Experience in developing email based marketing programs

§         Experience purchasing leads from third party lead providers

Required Skills:

§         Self-motivated and independent, with an ability to pay attention to detail, prioritize, multi-task, and work within identified timeframes.

§         Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a willingness to share ideas and contribute as part of a team.

§         Proficiency in managing Web sites designed toward lead generation and high proficiency in web analytics.

§         Possess a solid background and understanding of the latest concepts, practices, procedures and trends in Web development.

§         Background in marketing analytics

Experience:

§         5+ years experience internet lead generation with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to tight deadlines, and deliver creative solutions that satisfy business objectives.

§         Web analytics tools

§         Marketing analytics

Education:

§         Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or an equivalent experience is preferred.
