To support this growth, Bernardi is looking to increase the size of its internet and direct floor sales teams. While we always welcome successful automotive sales associates looking for career growth, our primary focus is recruiting and training entry level individuals who demonstrate the potential to be exceptional sales associates.

Jim Carney, owner of Bernardi Auto Group, grew up in Framingham and has made this area his home even before he started working at Bernardi Honda Motorcycles over 30 years ago. Requirements
An eager, outgoing personality is a must, along with a professional appearance and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience - None Required!
We provide comprehensive training and management support for employees new to the business. This training has enabled many of our career employees to be ranked nationwide at the top tiers for their specialties in both productivity and customer satisfaction.
